Kala’ Mayer is the law office manager at KENNEDY, Attorneys & Counselors at Law. She has worked at the firm since inception and, prior to that, worked with Mark Kennedy at Cochran and Cochran. In her years working with health law firms, she has seen the regulatory and business landscape for health care providers broaden and change.

Kala’ was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and grew up in both Hawaii and San Francisco, California. In 1977 she moved to New Hampshire and then to Texas in 1979.

In addition to law office daily administration activities, Kala’ assists the attorneys with research on corporate entities and also special projects for clients.

Kala’ is the initial client contact for KENNEDY, Attorneys & Counselors at Law, and her goal is to provide excellent customer service. She will do whatever it takes to connect client and attorney efficiently and promptly and to make the client experience with the firm pleasurable and valuable.
